The Onboarding Engagement

Six weeks. Three meetings. One deliverable that changes how you see your firm.

The Onboarding Engagement introduces you to the Alignment Framework and delivers immediate clarity on what your firm actually needs to produce to fund your life. At the end of six weeks, you receive an Alignment Framework snapshot covering your Identity summary, your Personal Budget number, and the firm revenue required to fund that life. That document is yours to keep regardless of what comes next.

The Onboarding Engagement is the natural entry point into ongoing advisory, but it stands entirely on its own. If the conversation ends there, you leave with something real.

$3,000 due at kickoff and $3,000 due week four

For those who want sustained clarity and a thinking partner for the long term.

Clarity is vital, but the real work is continuity: holding your firm accountable to your stated values, tracking alignment as your life and business evolve, and making strategic adjustments before small drift becomes a real problem. Most firm owners do the identity work once and never return to it. Ongoing Advisory exists so that doesn't happen to you.

Ongoing Advisory requires completion of the Onboarding Engagement. Capacity is limited to 10 clients.
